Zubair Ali and Kiran Poddila founded ZK Group in 2016 after two years of research, opening the first Kaspa's Desserts in Exeter that August. Today the group operates seven hospitality brands from its head office in Gloucester, holding every site to the same standard, week in, week out. Read our journey
